Only if you cancel your treatment and later sign up again. Any new sign-up, for any treatment on our site, happens through the new portal at my.kinoclinic.com. As long as your current plan stays active, you stay where you are.
I canceled and want to restart. Where do I go?
Start a new intake at kinoclinic.com and choose your treatment. Your new account will be on my.kinoclinic.com. You’ll sign in there with a one-time code sent to your email. You won’t need a password.
